When your crypto assets do not appear in your UUPAY account, it is typically due to blockchain network characteristics, deposit thresholds, or security compliance policies. Please perform a diagnosis via these five dimensions:
Chain & Network Verification
Verify whether the Network selected on the withdrawal platform is identical to the one provided by UUPAY.
Minimum Deposit Threshold
UUPAY sets minimum deposit thresholds to maintain fund aggregation efficiency.
Logic: Transactions below the minimum limit will not trigger the automated crediting process.
Example: For USDT-TRC20, the limit is 1 USDT. If the actual credited amount is $< 1$ USDT, the assets will not reflect in your balance.
On-Chain Confirmation Tracking
Successful broadcast does not equal instant arrival; assets must achieve consensus confirmation.
How to Check: Use your TxID on an authoritative block explorer (e.g., OKLink) to check the number of Confirmations.
Specific Scenarios: Multi-Address or Batch Deposits
Processing Mechanism: Deposits involving multi-address aggregation or batch payments require complex wallet sweeping and asset cleansing. The arrival cycle is typically extended to 3-5 business days.
Status Note: These transactions require multi-signature confirmation for security. No resubmission of appeals is necessary during this period.
Security & Compliance Interception (KYT)
UUPAY integrates KYT (Know Your Transaction) analytics to block illicit funds.
Risk Sources: Funds originating from gambling, darknet, or blacklisted addresses will be intercepted in real-time by our risk-control engine.
