How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency from UUPAY to Other Platforms or Wallets?

Updated over 2 months ago

UUPAY’s on-chain withdrawal feature allows you to securely transfer crypto assets from your account to external exchanges (e.g., Binance) or private cold wallets. To ensure the safety of your assets, please follow this standard operating procedure:

Phase 1: Initiate Withdrawal Request in UUPAY

  1. Enter Withdrawal Module: Log in to the UUPAY App, tap "Withdraw" on the homepage.

  2. Configure Asset & Network:

    1. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw (e.g., USDT).

    2. Choose the corresponding withdrawal network (TRC20 is recommended for its high speed and low cost).

    3. Note: The page will display the Minimum Withdrawal Amount for that network. Ensure your available balance exceeds this limit.

Phase 2: Obtain Recipient’s Deposit Information

  1. Get Address: Open your recipient platform App (e.g., Binance), go to "Wallet" > "Spot" > "Deposit."

  2. Precise Matching: Search for USDT and select the exact same network as chosen in UUPAY (e.g., TRC20).

  3. Save Details: Tap "Copy Address" or save the deposit QR code.

Phase 3: Complete Withdrawal Verification

  1. Enter Information: Return to the UUPAY App, paste the recipient address into the "Withdrawal Address" field, or tap the scan icon to read the QR code directly.

  2. Confirm Amount: Enter the withdrawal amount. The system will automatically calculate and deduct the corresponding Gas Fee (Network Fee).

  3. Security Verification: Tap "Withdraw" and complete Face ID or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as prompted. Once verified, the transaction will be broadcast to blockchain.
