UUPAY Transaction Compliance Guidelines (KYT)

Updated over 2 months ago

UUPAY is committed to building a premier compliance ecosystem at the intersection of digital assets and fiat payments. To safeguard global user assets and maintain the integrity of our payment system, we have implemented rigorous KYT (Know Your Transaction) procedures, utilizing real-time on-chain analytics to identify and intercept high-risk financial activities.

I. Compliance Monitoring Mechanism

UUPAY’s risk-control engine performs continuous, real-time cross-screening of all deposits, withdrawals, and spending transactions across both on-chain and off-chain channels.

  • Proactive Defense: Our system integrates world-leading blockchain forensics tools capable of precisely identifying tainted asset sources and high-risk wallet addresses.

  • Risk Intervention: Upon identifying suspicious behavior, UUPAY reserves the right to implement necessary risk-management measures, including but not limited to: delaying transaction processing, rejecting incoming funds, temporary account suspension, and filing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) with regulatory authorities as required by law.

II. Strictly Prohibited Activities

We maintain a "Zero Tolerance" stance toward the following activities to ensure the platform is not exploited for illicit purposes:

Violation Category

Detailed Description

Global Sanctions Violations

Transactions involving individuals, entities, or geographic regions sanctioned by the UN Security Council, US Treasury (OFAC), etc.

Association with Illicit Assets

Funds originating from scams, stolen funds, ransomware, or darknet markets.

High-Risk Business Activities

Involvement in gambling, unlicensed money laundering, or terrorist financing.

Abnormal Transaction Patterns

Fund flows lacking economic logic, such as depositing and immediately withdrawing full amounts without spending activity (suspected money laundering).

III. Security Recommendations from the Compliance Officer

To ensure the long-term health of your UUPAY account, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Legitimize Sources: Ensure your deposited assets originate from regulated exchanges or secure personal wallets.

  2. Reject "Third-Party Deposits": Never accept on-chain transfers from unknown parties to your UUPAY address. This prevents your card from being blacklisted by global payment networks due to association with "black money."

  3. Cooperate with Verification: If a transaction is flagged for manual review, please proactively cooperate by providing the necessary Source of Funds (SOF) documentation. This is a standard procedure to protect your legitimate assets.
