UUPAY Cryptocurrency Deposit Guide
UUPAY’s on-chain deposit feature allows you to securely and quickly transfer crypto assets from external exchanges or wallets into your UUPAY account, instantly converting them into spendable balance.
Phase 1: Obtain Deposit Credentials in UUPAY
Launch Feature: Open the UUPAY App and tap "Deposit" in a prominent position on the homepage.
Select Asset: Choose the cryptocurrency you plan to deposit from the list (e.g., USDT).
Network Matching (Critical Step):
Select the corresponding blockchain network (e.g., USDT-TRC20 / Tron Network).
Compliance Officer’s Reminder: Networks must be identical on both ends.
Ensure the transfer path matches the specific USDT channel.
Incorrect Example: Do NOT send ETH to a USDT-ERC20 address, or BNB to a USDT-BEP20 address. Funds sent to the wrong network are typically unrecoverable.
Get Address: Tap "Copy Address" or save the generated deposit QR code.
Minimum Deposit Threshold: Please note the minimum limit displayed on the page (e.g., 1 USDT for TRC20). If the actual amount credited (after network fees) is below this threshold, the funds will not be credited and may be lost.
Phase 2: Execute Withdrawal on External Platforms (e.g., Binance)
Start Withdrawal: Open your Binance App, go to "Wallet" > "Spot" > "Withdraw."
Select Asset: Search for and select USDT, then tap "Send via Crypto Network."
Enter Information:
Address: Paste the UUPAY deposit address you just copied.
Network: Ensure you select the exact same network as chosen in the UUPAY App (e.g., TRC20).
Confirm Transfer: Enter the withdrawal amount and complete the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as prompted by the system.
Phase 3: Confirmation and Tracking
On-Chain Confirmation: Deposits require consensus confirmation from the blockchain network before they are finalized.
Example (USDT-TRC20): Typically requires 5 network confirmations.
Estimated Time: At an average of 1 minute per confirmation, the transaction is expected to reflect in your UUPAY balance within 5–10 minutes, depending on real-time network congestion.
Verify Status: You can check the real-time arrival status and transaction history on the "Wallet/Assets" page.
