UUPAY eSIM Activation Guide
After purchasing your UUPAY eSIM, please follow these steps to ensure automatic connectivity upon arrival at your destination:
Network Environment: Ensure your device is currently connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or another cellular plan).
Installation: Complete the eSIM installation process on your device.
Enable Roaming: Turn on the "Data Roaming" toggle in your device settings.
Important Notice (Turkey Restrictions): Due to local policy restrictions, the UUPAY official website and top-up features are inaccessible within Turkey. Please ensure you complete your UUPAY eSIM purchase and activation before entering Turkey.
Troubleshooting: Plan Not Activating
If your data plan fails to activate automatically, please try the following solutions:
Confirm Status: Check your mobile settings to ensure the UUPAY eSIM is toggled "On."
Check APN (Access Point Name):
If the UUPAY APN is displayed, your network configuration is correct.
If missing (Android users only): Open the UUPAY App and keep it running in the foreground for approximately 5 minutes. The system will automatically execute the APN configuration.
Important Policy & Support
Service Policy: Once the eSIM service is activated, it cannot be paused during its validity period.
