How to Resolve the “Phone Number Does Not Match Identity Information” Error

If you receive a system prompt stating that your phone number does not match your identity information during the card application process (this usually involves non-local numbers or different country codes), please follow the steps below :

1. Update the App

Make sure your UUPAY app is updated to the latest version.

2. Complete Identity Verification

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete Facial Recognition verification.

3. Resume Your Application

Once verification is successfully completed, you can continue and finalize your card application process.
