How do you view the detailed information of your UUPAY Crypto Card?

Updated over 2 months ago

For the sake of fund security, UUPAY applies high-strength encryption to protect sensitive card information (Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV). You can view this information after completing identity verification by following these steps:

Steps to View Card Details

  1. Enter the Page: Log in to the UUPAY App and tap the "Card" section in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Initiate Verification: Tap the "CVV View" icon. The system will prompt a security alert based on your preset verification method:

    1. Device Biometrics: If enabled, the system will invoke the phone's native FaceID or Fingerprint Recognition for instant verification.

    2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): If biometrics are not enabled, the system will conduct verification via your bound email, SMS, or Google Authenticator. You may tap "Change Verification Options" to switch verification methods flexibly.

  3. Obtain Information: Once verified, the App will fully display the Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV code.

Security Tip: Ensure you view this information in a private environment. It is strictly prohibited to link sensitive card information to untrusted platforms or share it with others via messaging apps to prevent potential financial loss.
