UUPAY Identity Verification (KYC) Guide
Verification is required to use UUPAY services. Non-compliant documents or settings will lead to failure. iOS Users: Your system must be version 12.2 or higher.
Section 1: Access Verification
Open the UUPAY App > Profile (Top Left) > Identity Verification.
Select Personal Information to begin.
Section 2: Basic Information
Select your country. Enter your name and date of birth exactly as shown on your ID.
Select ID type and enter your ID number.
Tap Next.
Notice: Verification cannot be completed if your region is restricted. [See Restricted Regions List]
Section 3: Upload ID Photos
Tap Upload Documents.
Select Issuing Country and ID Type.
Only supported ID types for your region will be displayed.
Use the original document. Ensure the photo is clear with no glare or obstructions.
Section 4: Liveness Check
After ID approval, complete the liveness check:
Follow the on-screen prompts (blink, open mouth, turn head, etc.).
Ensure your face is clearly visible, with good lighting and a stable network.
Hold your device vertically. Do not tilt or hold it horizontally.
Section 5: Results and Follow-up
Passed "Verification Successful" will be displayed. All features are now unlocked.
Additional Info Required If prompted to provide extra info, please submit the Personal Declaration Form.
Deadline: Within 14 days of the request.
Review Time: 3–5 business days.
Overdue: Verification will be automatically rejected.
