Refunds for authorized transactions and real-time purchases are usually processed relatively quickly, while refunds from e-commerce platforms may take longer due to their internal review cycles.
In general, refunds are credited within 2 to 15 days. In some cases, certain transactions may take over a month to complete. So far, we have not encountered any cases where a refund could not be processed.
Once UUPAY receives the refund from the merchant, we will credit the funds to your account as soon as possible. However, we are also required to wait for the merchant to complete their refund process.
