Gas Stations: A higher amount is often held to ensure sufficient funds.
Ticketing: Higher amounts may be held due to price fluctuations in flights or events.
Pre-authorizations are usually adjusted to the actual amount after the transaction settles. If the final deduction is still incorrect, please contact the merchant first to verify the refund status.
Refund processing once received by UUPAY:
Processed Refunds: Funds will be returned within 2–15 business days.
Unprocessed Refunds: You must wait for the merchant’s automatic release, which typically takes 30–40 days. UUPAY will credit your account as soon as the refund is received.
