If a user initiates a refund application for a successfully completed UUPAY Card order, fees will be calculated and charged based on monthly refund frequency and amounts. The specific calculation rules and fee-waived limits are detailed below:
Refund Fee Rules
The platform will apply the following standards based on each user's monthly refund frequency and amount per calendar month:
1st to 3rd refund per month: Completely free. The platform will not charge any refund processing fees.
From the 4th refund onwards (including the 4th): A refund fee of 2% of the total refund amount will be charged per transaction.
Helpful Tips
The refund counter resets on the 1st day of every month.
