Google Authenticator "Invalid Code" errors?

At UUPAY, we understand the importance of a seamless login experience. When using Google Authenticator codes, occasional issues may occur. Below are common problems and their corresponding solutions to help you quickly restore access to your account.

1.Sync Device Time

  • iOS: Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Enable Set Automatically.

  • Android (Google Authenticator App):

①Open Google Authenticator.

②Menu > Settings.

③Tap Time correction for codes.

④Tap Sync now. This syncs the app's internal clock only and does not affect your device settings.

2.Use Incognito Mode

Try a different browser or use Incognito Mode to bypass interference from cache or extensions.

3.Clear Browser Cache

Clear your browser’s Cache and Cookies to ensure the latest version of the page loads.

4.Refresh and Retry

Refresh the page and enter a newly generated code from your app.
