Submit a Request: Please contact our support team to request a new eSIM Profile.
Re-installation: Log in to your UUPAY account on the new device and follow the instructions to scan the newly generated QR code.
Configuration Sync: During the setup, please confirm the device change as prompted. This ensures the system correctly synchronizes and updates your network settings for the new hardware.
