Manual Installation Process
If you need to manually configure the eSIM using the SM-DP+ address and activation code provided by the support team, please follow these steps:
Enter Settings: Open iPhone "Settings" > "Mobile Service" (or "Cellular").
Add Number: Tap "Add eSIM" > "Use QR Code".
Manual Entry: Select "Enter Details Manually" and paste the address and activation code provided by the support team.
Line Preferences: Follow the on-screen instructions. It is recommended to set your "Default Line" to your primary card and "Mobile Data" to the installed eSIM .
Final Confirmation: Return to the App to confirm the installation result and ensure the eSIM is activated.
II. Android Device Installation Guide
Manual Installation Methods
Option A (Common for Samsung and similar devices):
Tap "View instructions" in the error prompt to get detailed information.
Go to "Settings" > "Connections" > "SIM Manager".
Tap "Add SIM" > "Scan QR code from service provider" > "Enter activation code".
Enter the activation information and tap "Connect" > "Add".
Configure Data: In "SIM Manager", switch "Mobile Data" to the newly installed eSIM .
Option B (Common for Stock Android/Pixel):
Go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "SIMs" > "Add SIM".
Select "Download a new eSIM" > "Need help?" > "Enter manually".
Enter the activation information and tap "Continue" > "Download".
Activation Switch: After installation, enable the slot in the "SIMs" settings, and simultaneously turn on the "Mobile Data" and "Roaming" switches.
