If your UUPAY card is frozen and restricted due to risk control reasons, please contact the platform's customer support promptly to apply for unfreezing. Customer service will verify the reason for the freeze and inform you of the specific process and estimated time required.
Non-user causes: If the freeze was not caused by the user's personal actions, the platform will lift the risk restrictions and restore normal card usage as soon as the situation is verified.
User-triggered actions: If the freeze was triggered by user actions violating risk control rules, the user must commit to avoiding further violations. Once the review is approved, the user can apply for unfreezing.
Please note: If a user repeatedly commits serious violations, the platform reserves the right to refuse the unfreezing request in accordance with the UUPAY card usage rules.
