Not Receiving the Email Verification Code?

If you’re not receiving the verification code by email, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Update the App: Make sure your UUPAY app is updated to the latest version.

  • Check Your Spam Folder: The email may have been filtered as spam. Also, ensure your mailbox is not full.

  • Review Email Settings: Confirm that UUPAY’s sender address hasn’t been added to your blocked or blacklist settings.

  • Resend the Code: Wait a few minutes and try requesting the verification code again.

  • Use a Different Email Address: If you still don’t receive the email after multiple attempts, consider using a different email address for verification or account binding.
