Section 1: Verification Steps

  1. Enter personal information

  2. Upload valid ID photos

  3. Complete liveness check

  4. Submit a Personal Declaration (if required)

    1. Please note that identity verification (KYC) cannot be completed under the following circumstances. Kindly review carefully before proceeding:

    2. Restricted Regions: Service is not available in certain areas. [See Restricted Regions List]

    3. Single Account Rule: One identity per account only. Duplicate verification is not allowed, even with different documents or after account deletion.

    4. Age Limit: Must be 18 or older.

Section 2: Important Notes Read these tips to avoid verification failure:

Personal Information

  • Name Match: Name must match your ID exactly. For middle names, include them in the First Name field.

  • Date of Birth: Must match your ID. Verify the correct Day/Month order.

Uploading Documents

  • Supported IDs: Use supported ID types only. If an ID type is not listed, it is not supported for your region.

    • Example (HK): Passport, ID Card.

    • Example (Brazil): Passport, Driver’s License, ID Card.

  • Originals Only: No photocopies, printouts, screenshots, or photos of photos.

  • Consistency: Front and back photos must belong to the same document and the same person.

  • Image Quality: Photos must be clear. No obstructions, damage, or glare.

  • Validity: ID must be valid for at least 3 months.

Liveness Check

  • Real-time Only: Must be done in person. Photos or videos are not accepted.

  • Device Position: Hold your device vertically. Do not tilt or hold it horizontally.

  • Environment: Ensure bright lighting and a stable network. Face must be clearly visible.

  • Background: No other people or objects should be in the frame.

  • Stability: Look directly at the camera and keep the device stable.

Personal Declaration (If Required)

  • If requested, upload your declaration within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in rejection.
