Per Visa / Master and issuer compliance, virtual cards cannot be issued to holders of IDs from the following regions:
In accordance with the compliance requirements of Visa / Master and the issuing institution, we are unable to issue virtual cryptocurrency debit cards to users whose identification documents are issued by the following countries or regions.

Application Requirements for Specific Regions
Holders of identity documents from India, Israel, Pakistan, or Nigeria are eligible to apply for crypto cards upon completing Level 1 verification.
Important for Physical Card Applications:
Proof of Address (PoA): Do not submit documents issued from these countries.
Mailing Address: The delivery address must be located outside of these countries.
Users holding identification documents issued in India, Israel, Pakistan, or Nigeria may proceed to the next level and apply for a cryptocurrency debit card after completing Level 1 verification.
When applying for a physical card, please do not submit proof of address (PoA) issued in India, Israel, Pakistan, or Nigeria.
The mailing address for the physical card must be located outside the above-mentioned countries/regions.
