You can now apply for your exclusive physical card directly via the UUPAY App. Designed for shopping, dining, travel, and more offline use cases, the card also supports cash withdrawals at eligible ATMs, bringing greater flexibility and convenience to your digital asset management.

How to Apply for Your Physical Card
1.Register & Log In：Step 1。
Open the UUPAY App and complete your account registration or log in.
2.Verify Identity：Step 2。
Complete Real-Name Authentication (KYC) and pass the verification review.
3.Locate Physical Card Section：Step 3。
Navigate to the Card tab and enter the Physical Card application page.
4.Confirm Details & Fee：Step 4。
Select the UUPAY Physical Card option and confirm the relevant card issuance fees.
5.Submit Delivery Information：Step 5。
Fill in your required cardholder information and accurate physical shipping address.
6.Card Delivery：Step 6。
Wait for your card to arrive by mail (standard delivery typically takes 14 to 30 business days).
7.Activate Card：Step 7。
Upon receiving the card, go to Add Card -> Get Card, follow the in-app prompts to activate the physical card, and view your card details and status.
Important Notes
Card Issuance Fee: The UUPAY Physical Card is a paid card product; please refer to the in-app application page for exact fee details.
Launch Promotion Rewards: Early bird issuance rewards apply strictly to users meeting specific campaign criteria. Please refer to separate official event notices for details.
Compliance & Risk Control: Applying for, activating, and using the physical card must comply with UUPAY’s Terms of Service, KYC identity verification standards, and internal risk control policies.
Coverage & Acceptance: Supported regions, merchants, and point-of-sale scenarios remain subject to the global Visa network and UUPAY’s operational capabilities.
