Virtual Card Issuance Guide

1.Fees and FundingIssuance Fee:

  • The virtual card issuance fee is 10 USD. This fee is a one-time service charge and does not constitute a deposit to your available balance.

  • Balance Requirement: Ensure your UUPAY account holds sufficient funds before applying.

2.Issuance Process Initiation:

  • Log in to the UUPAY App, navigate to the "Card" page, and select "Apply for Card (10 USD)".

  • Information Entry: Tap the "+" icon to enter your billing address.

  • Payment: verify your information and tap "Pay" to complete the application.

3.Billing Address Requirements

To ensure successful issuance, you must comply with the following:

  • Language: All address information must be entered in English.

  • Identity Match: The cardholder name in the billing address is linked to the card. Once issued, this name cannot be modified.

4.Final Confirmation Policy

Verify all information prior to payment. Once payment is completed:

  • The issuance process executes immediately and the application cannot be canceled.

  • The associated issuance fee will not be refunded.

Note: During the promotion period, the promotion details shall prevail.
